La Subsecretaria de Econom\u00eda Social, organismo dependiente del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, Hacienda y Finanzas, en el marco de sus funciones de promoci\u00f3n y asesoramiento de las entidades Cooperativas y Mutuales de la provincia de Formosa informa que el INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE ASOCIATIVISMO Y ECONOMIA SOCIAL (I.N.A.E.S.) cuenta con un Programa de Ayuda Financiera en los t\u00e9rminos de la Resoluci\u00f3n 1.287\/15, que consiste en el otorgamiento de un subsidio o pr\u00e9stamo para el desarrollo cooperativo o mutual destinado a financiar proyectos Productivos; de Servicios P\u00fablicos; de Salud; de Fortalecimiento Institucional y para proyectos Socialmente Relevantes a consideraci\u00f3n del I.N.A.E.S.<\/p>\n
ADEM\u00c1S DE LOS REQUISITOS EXIGIDOS PARA LA CONFECCI\u00d3N DE LA CARPETA DE SOLICITUD, SE RECUERDA QUE, A FIN DE PODER DARLE CURSO AL EXPEDIENTE DE APOYO FINANCIERO, LA COOPERATIVA DEBER\u00c1 ENCONTRARSE AL D\u00cdA EN LA REMISI\u00d3N DE LA DOCUMENTACI\u00d3N ANUAL EXIGIDA POR LA LEY 20.337 Y NORMAS CONEXAS (MEMORIA, BALANCE GENERAL, INFORME ANUAL DE AUDITOR\u00cdA, INFORME DEL S\u00cdNDICO, ACTA DE ASAMBLEA GENERAL ORDINARIA, ACTA DE CONSEJO DE ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N CON DISTRIBUCI\u00d3N DE CARGOS Y DECLARACI\u00d3N JURADA DEL FONDO DE PROMOCI\u00d3N Y EDUCACI\u00d3N LEY 23.427).<\/p>\n
ASIMISMO LA MUTUAL DEBER\u00c1 ESTAR AL D\u00cdA EN LA REMISI\u00d3N DE LA DOCUMENTACI\u00d3N EXIGIDA POR LEY 20.321 (ARTS. 18, 19 Y 24 \u2013DOCUMENTACI\u00d3N Y ASAMBLEAS\u2013), INCLUYENDO EL PAGO DETERMINADO POR EL ART. 9.<\/p>\n
